Location was excellent for our purpose. Rate was excellent.
We had a paniced person above us. They stomped across the floor several times . It sounded like they could come through the ceiling. Maybe more sound proofing in the ceiling.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Best Western Plus Kansas City Airport and Davidson factory. The brand-new room was large and well-equipped with cable channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge.

The continental breakfast was out early (by 4:30am) and in time for our very early departure and it was extremely close to the airport. The staff was excellent as well.
We spent extra for the hot-tub (after 10 hours of driving), and it was OK but probably not worth the extra cost. It was very loud enclosed it the bathroom too. It was clean and functional, just not anything special and again, being in the bathroom -very loud!
